16 Acres of assembled land for development Zoned CG-1
Truck Terminal Properties has assembled approximately 16 acres of land for development. In early 2022, the process for zone change and entitlements began for truck terminal use. The city of San Bernardino concurrently took an adverse stance towards trucking terminals and truck traffic in areas of proximity to residential. In 2023, we decided to remove our application for zone change and consider development scenarios that are more in line with the existing zoning. We are open to exploring development opportunities with the right partners, whose vision for the property is in alignment with it's highest and best use.
